ROLE: Found the Site and Function to Build, Came up with the Concept, Designed all Four Floor plans, Rendered the interior Views, Rendered the Plans and Elevations, Found 80% of Eco-friendly sustainable Materials, Helped in site zoning, Found the solar energy saving Strategies.
DESCRIPTION: The Idea was to design a sustainable Eco-Block and uplift the Artist community of Oakland and live in a. more cohesive way with nature and surrounding.

CONCEPT
The design of the eco-block is inspired by the concept of estuaries. Just as an estuary becomes a point of merging for streams and the ocean, our design aims to become a focal point for the artists of Oakland, merging them with nature and the community. Because the artistic community is known to be rather small and close-knit, we aim to shed light on all artists of Oakland by providing them with a space to live, work, and showcase their talents. With several studios, co-working spaces, galleries, co-living spaces, and a community kitchen, this eco-block becomes a haven for the artist community. By also providing sustainable water, energy-conservation strategies, green roofs, agricultural practices, pockets and light wells, this eco-block also functions as a self-sustaining ecosystem.

To create a self-sufficient and creating zero waste with mixed space use which would create the new Eco-city Block
